Pepsi Max Mango product launch and station takeover

Project Snapshot

Pepsi Max Mango was launched with a bold, high-energy campaign spanning packaging, digital, social, and a full train station takeover. The work combined disruptive visuals and kinetic storytelling to position Mango as a daring twist on the classic Pepsi Max taste. The objective was to challenge expectations and capture attention with flavour-first creativity.

My Role & Process

As Lead Designer, I created the packaging design for cans and bottles, developed the visual system, and applied it across both print and digital out-of-home formats. I collaborated with production teams to deliver complex executions, from large-scale station wraps to motion-led billboards. My process ensured consistency across every touchpoint while keeping the brand identity fresh and dynamic.

Results / Impact

The launch delivered high-impact visibility across multiple platforms, from in-hand packaging to full environmental takeovers. The campaign successfully introduced the Mango variant while reinforcing Pepsi Max’s bold brand equity. It generated strong consumer engagement and stood out in competitive retail and out-of-home spaces.
