I designed a modular, scalable email template system in Figma for Hive, built to ensure speed, consistency, and brand alignment. The system empowered internal teams to quickly create branded email communications. It included reusable modules, clear rules, and guidelines that streamlined production and elevated user experience.

My Role & Process

As Lead Designer, I created the design architecture, established the component library, and set the brand rules within Figma. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to balance creative flexibility with technical efficiency. My process focused on building a user-friendly toolkit that simplified adoption across teams.

Results / Impact

The system delivered a robust, easy-to-use library of modules that dramatically sped up production. Teams were able to produce consistent, on-brand email campaigns with less effort and fewer errors. The toolkit became a scalable solution that improved efficiency and design quality across Hive’s communications.
